Provide refrigeration and electrical support to optimize milk cooler performance and tackle technical challenges

1. Scope of the technical knowhow; Operate and maintain R 404A compressors, pumps, agitators, cooler control panels, water baths, weighing scales, backup generators, and solar water heating systems, applying general electrical and mechanical knowledge. 2. Perform regular maintenance to ensure efficient system operation 3. Prompt response to all emergency mechanical and electrical breakdowns. 4. Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on malfunctioned systems or components to identify the problem. 5. Repair faulty systems to restore functionality. 6. Identify and resolve root causes to prevent recurring system failures. 7. Advise the Factory Engineer on system improvements, updates, and efficiency-enhancing procedures. 8. Train and guide cooler staff on preventive maintenance, safety, and emergency troubleshooting.
Strong decision-making and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Keen attention to detail and strict adherence to safety standards. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals effectively. Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented.
1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning 2. Proven 2 years’ experience in maintenance and repair of the refrigeration and electrical systems and components in a busy dairy industry. 3. Valid motorbike riding license.
