The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading elevator sales initiatives across Kenya. The role requires strong business development skills, relationship management, and the ability to deliver consistent revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of elevator products and solutions across Kenya
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients
  • Build and maintain long term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage negotiations, pricing, and contracts with key accounts
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support business planning

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4-5 years in B2B sales, preferably within industrial products, construction solutions, or related sectors
  • Strong corporate relationship management, ability to handle high value negotiations, and track record of achieving sales targets
