EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Salary: KES 80,000

Location: Thika Road

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field.

Experience:

• 5-8 years' progressive hotel operations experience, including management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banqueting and general hotel operations.
• Proven experience coordinating departments, HODs and high-volume conferences/events.
• Strong leadership, guest service, problem-solving and operational management skills.
• Knowledge of hotel systems, reporting and basic cost control is an added advantage.
