JOB DETAILS:
EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
Salary: KES 100,000
Location: Thika Road
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Housekeeping Management or related field.
Experience:
- Over 5 years' housekeeping experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
- Strong experience managing large housekeeping teams, room assignments, inspections and schedules.
- Knowledge of laundry/linen, inventory, cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control and staff management.
- Strong coordination skills with Front Office, Engineering and other hotel departments.
- Experience in a sizeable hotel operation is highly preferred.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
