Executive Manager
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Audit, Investment Analysis, or Corporate Strategy
- Strong financial literacy (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
- High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Strong structured thinking and ability to summarize complex information clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High discretion, maturity, and professional judgment
- Prior exposure to working with senior leadership (CEO/CFO/Board level preferred)
- Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-business group environments is an advantage
- Familiarity with board or investor reporting; interest in strategy, M&A, or transformation is a plus
- Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Management Accounting within a manufacturing environment would be an added advantage
Role & Responsibilities:
- CEO Office & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a proxy for the CEO in selected meetings, track decisions and action points, prepare structured briefs, and coordinate closely with senior leaders, board members, investors, and external partners to ensure timely execution of priorities.
- Financial & Business Analysis: Support the CEO with management accounts review, budget vs. actual analysis, cash flow tracking, ROI and business case analysis, and preparation of board packs, dashboards, and investor updates using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strategy & Project Support: Support CEO-led initiatives including expansion projects, pricing decisions, integrations, and acquisitions by tracking execution, driving follow-ups, and preparing concise decision notes and summaries.
- Communication & Documentation: Draft high-quality emails, memos, presentations, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO, while maintaining clear documentation of decisions, action logs, and project updates.
- Executive Support (Strategic Focus): Manage the CEO's priority calendar, coordinate travel and logistics, handle confidential information with discretion, and ensure the CEO's time is focused on high-impact activities.
