A finance intern needs skills in data analysis, accounting fundamentals, and proficiency with software like Microsoft Excel. Requirements typically include a degree in finance or accounting, strong communication abilities, and a high level of accuracy and integrity.

Prepare and post accounting entries. Support bank and supplier reconciliations. Verify invoices and process payments. Assist in reports, audits, and data updates. Maintain accurate financial records. Handle other assigned finance tasks.
Technical: Data analysis, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Analytical: Strong analytical skills to scrutinize data, identify issues, and contribute to solutions. Soft skills: Attention to detail, accuracy, excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and integrity.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Basic knowledge of Excel and accounting systems is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to learn.
