Role Overview

Is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the facility, ensuring quality and timely delivery of healthcare services, regulatory compliance, business performance, and effective people management. This role acts as a bridge between clinical staff, patients, and the hospital’s executive leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field
  • At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making
  • Basic Financial and budgeting skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws and ethical standards
