KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead and manage Regional Sales Supervisors
- Ensure achievement of sales targets across regions
- Oversee field sales operations and performance
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
CORE FUNCTIONS
- Expand market presence across segments (SME & Enterprise)
- Oversee customer acquisition and onboarding
- Track sales pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance
- Align field sales with customer experience and retention teams
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Telecom or related)
At least 6 years sales experience (ISP/Telecom preferred)
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
Strong commercial, leadership, and analytical skills
