FIELD OFFICER, NAIROBI

This role involves supporting the implementation of field activities related to disability inclusion and mental health support. The Field Officer will also be responsible for facilitating community awareness sessions and stakeholder engagement on issues of inclusion and stigma reduction. Additionally, the role requires organizing and facilitating trainings under different projects and supporting the identification and referral of persons with disabilities and individuals with mental health needs to appropriate services.

• Support the implementation of field activities related to disability inclusion and mental health support.
• Facilitate community awareness sessions and stakeholder engagement on issues of inclusion and stigma reduction.

• Good reporting skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Disability Studies, Community Development, Development and Cooperation or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in community-based programming, ideally in disability inclusion or mental health.
