We are seeking a motivated Finance Associate to support our fund management, reporting, and accounting activities. This role provides exposure to fund operations, portfolio monitoring, and investor relations in a dynamic impact finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for funds and management entities.
- Support month-end and quarter-end accounting close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Prepare schedules and documentation for audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
- Assist with loan disbursements, monitoring borrower repayments, and tracking loan portfolios.
- Support the preparation of investor reports, quarterly financial statements, and fund Management Fee calculations.
- Coordinate with external service providers (fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors).
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with fund policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- ACCA, CA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- Strong Excel skills; exposure to QuickBooks, or fund administration systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a global, fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
