Finance Intern (4 Positions)

What You'll Do

As a Finance Intern, you will:

  • Support day-to-day financial operations and record keeping
  • Assist in tracking payments from clients and schools
  • Help manage invoices, expenses, and payment processing
  • Participate in bank and account reconciliations
  • Support revenue tracking, including subscription-based income
  • Assist with budgeting and expense monitoring
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and records
  • Support audit preparation and compliance processes

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • CPA Part I (Section 2) minimum
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
