Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the retail business. This includes managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also be responsible for managing working capital, accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with Kenyan tax regulations. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. A CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role is required, along with strong financial reporting and budgeting experience. Expertise in working capital and receivables management, as well as knowledge of Kenyan tax regulations, are essential. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are also a must.
