REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA / ACCA (mandatory)
• Master’s degree (preferred)
• 8+ years in a senior finance role (FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail)
• Strong experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
• Hands-on with ERP / accounting systems
