JOB DETAILS:
Background
Mini Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Fleet Officer to support warehouse dispatch operations by coordinating fleet activities, optimising delivery schedules, supervising drivers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate deliveries and transportation schedules
- Supervise drivers and monitor discipline, productivity, and performance
- Manage logistics flow between suppliers, warehouses, and customers
- Track delivery performance, costs, and prepare fleet/logistics reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Manage vendors/carriers and resolve delivery-related issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics/supply chain, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in logistics systems and MS Office
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
