The seek to engage the services of a Fleet Supervisor to coordinate and monitor fleet operations while gaining structured exposure to transport, compliance, and cost control.
Responsibilities or duties
- Coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation
- Monitor fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and fleet performance
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
- Supervise drivers and fleet support staff
- Maintain fleet records, licensing, and insurance documentation
- Support cost control and efficiency initiatives
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Analytical and reporting capabilities
- Knowledge of fleet management systems
- High accountability and discipline
Experience needed
- 2–4 years’ experience in fleet or transport operations
- Coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation

- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
