About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Fraud Management Executive to join a dynamic finance team. The role is responsible for strengthening internal controls, detecting and preventing fraud risks, and safeguarding revenue through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement of control processes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage fraud control frameworks to minimize financial loss and risk exposure
  • Monitor, detect, and investigate fraud incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting
  • Identify system and process loopholes and implement corrective measures
  • Conduct risk assessments for new products, services, and system changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention strategies
  • Perform data analysis to detect anomalies, trends, and suspicious activities
  • Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly fraud and compliance reports
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with established policies and standards
  • Drive continuous improvement of fraud management processes and controls
  • High compliance levels in fraud control processes
  • Timely detection and closure of fraud cases
  • Reduction in fraud-related losses
  • Accurate and consistent reporting
  • Strong contribution to risk mitigation and revenue assurance
