We are looking for a Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team — a friendly, organized, and dependable individual who will handle reception duties while providing vital administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers courteously.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Manage office correspondence, deliveries, and visitors’ records.
  • Prepare, file, and maintain company documents, memos, and staff records.
  • Assist with basic HR and administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, leave forms, and logistics coordination.
  • Support procurement and operations teams in communication, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and meeting environment.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email).
  • Smart, professional personal presentation with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Prior experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role is an added advantage.
