Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Office Administrator & Receptionist to serve as the face of GTC. In this role, you will manage front-desk operations, handle student registrations, manage daily inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, students, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, assist, and guide visitors, prospective students, and parents upon arrival.
- Manage the reception area, handle incoming telephone calls, and route email inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate general office administration, including filing, record-keeping, and database maintenance.
- Provide accurate information regarding college courses, intake periods, and fee structures.
- Support daily campus operations by maintaining smooth communication flows between students and management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative support role (experience within an educational setting is an added advantage).
- Skills: Proficient in office administration, basic computer applications, record-keeping, and scheduling.
- Core Competencies: Outstanding verbal and written communication, active listening, and front-office organization.
- Attributes: Positive attitude, polished presentation, reliable demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.
