Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration. Health Records, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, including supervisory experience.
- Experience in hospital/front-office operations and patient management.
- Strong leadership communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hospital management systems is an added advantage.
