About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer – AI App Builder to develop, test, and maintain functional applications across front-end, back-end, databases, and APIs. The successful candidate will translate product requirements, prototypes, and feature specifications into working applications while using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development without compromising code quality.

This role is ideal for a developer who combines strong programming fundamentals, practical full stack engineering skills, problem-solving ability, and experience using AI tools to build and improve software.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Develop responsive web applications, user interfaces, dashboards, forms, workflows, and reusable components.
• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, database interactions, and application logic.
• Integrate applications with databases, authentication systems, APIs, and other platform services.
• Convert feature specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and product backlogs into working software.

AI-Assisted Application Development

• Use AI coding assistants and development agents to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and refactoring.
• Work with tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Replit, Bolt, v0, or similar platforms.
• Review, debug, test, and improve AI-generated code to ensure reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Develop reusable components, services, and application patterns to improve delivery speed and consistency.

Testing, Quality & Delivery

• Test application features, troubleshoot defects, and resolve front-end, back-end, and integration issues.
• Maintain clean, readable, and maintainable code aligned with engineering standards.
• Use Git, branching, pull requests, and code reviews to manage development work.
• Prepare features for quality assurance, demonstrations, acceptance testing, and release.
• Document implementation decisions, dependencies, and technical handover notes.

Engineering Collaboration

• Work with engineering leads, product owners, QA, DevOps, and other developers to deliver application features.
• Clarify technical requirements, identify dependencies, and raise blockers early.
• Contribute to CRM, digital experience, workflow, and internal business applications.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full stack, front-end, back-end, or application development.
• Practical experience building web applications and integrating APIs and databases.
• Understanding of software development principles, application architecture, testing, and debugging.
• Experience using AI coding assistants or a strong demonstrated ability to incorporate AI-assisted development into engineering workflows.
• Ability to work independently from feature specifications and deliver functional, testable applications.
• A portfolio, GitHub repository, or project examples demonstrating practical development skills is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

Front-End Development

• JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• React and/or Next.js.
• HTML, CSS, responsive design, and reusable UI components.
• Experience building forms, tables, dashboards, search, filters, modals, and application workflows.

Back-End & Database Development

• Node.js or equivalent back-end technology.
• REST APIs, backend services, and data validation.
• Database fundamentals, preferably PostgreSQL or Supabase.

AI-Assisted Engineering
