Role Overview
Brookhill Projects Limited is seeking a competent and hands-on General Foreman to run and oversee day-to-day operations at our construction project sites. The role requires strong leadership, practical construction skills, and the ability to manage teams, timelines, safety, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Foreman
- Ability to run and manage daily operations of a construction project site
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations
- Ability to lead and motivate fundis and site teams
- Good knowledge of health and safety practices in construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
- Strong time management and deadline-driven mindset
- Hands-on, practical approach to work
- Relevant technical training or certification is an added advantage
