Background
We are hiring a General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience managing HODs and multiple hotel departments in a full-service property.
- Strong commercial, financial, revenue and cost-control skills.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- Over 8 years’ progressive hotel management experience, with strong senior leadership experience.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS/POS systems and management reporting is an added advantage.
