Responsibilities or duties

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, driving overall growth initiatives and long-term success.
  • Provide strong organizational leadership by fostering teamwork, accountability, high performance, and employee engagement across all departments.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations while implementing efficient processes, systems, and frameworks to optimize service delivery and operational performance.
  • Represent the company in key stakeholder, partner, and external engagements to strengthen relationships and business positioning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by supporting the sales team, developing innovative sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Oversee comprehensive property management, including leasing, renewals, rent reviews, and tenant relationship management to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring financial integrity, profitability, and effective cost control.
  • Work closely with finance and other departments to align operational and financial performance with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 20+ direct reports through coaching, performance management, and a strong high-performance culture.

Qualifications or requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets, especially in Nairobi.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Experience needed

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role within real estate, property management, or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple functions including operations, sales, property management, and finance.
