Position Summary

Reporting to the Group Talent Manager, the Graduate Trainee – Human Resource will support execution of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training coordination, HR analytics, and HR systems administration. The program aims to develop well-rounded HR professionals capable of supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic.

  • Results-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Support hiring processes, candidate coordination, interviews, and employee induction activities.
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of training programs, workshops, and Training Needs Analysis data consolidation.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives while escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes, reporting, and career development support activities.
  • Support HR data entry, reporting, and analysis to enhance decision-making and maintain system accuracy.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and provide administrative support across HR functions.
