Role Context
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Account Director to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing and growing key client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve company objectives and expand customer relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at all levels.
- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven track record of success in account management or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior account management or director role.
