Join a dynamic legal practice committed to excellence, integrity and client success. Mahida & Maina Company Advocates is seeking a proactive, organized and people-focused HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resource and administration functions and support our continued growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead HR and administration operations across the firm.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
- Administer HR policies, procedures and compliance with applicable laws.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, leave management and staff welfare.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Ensure efficient office administration and facilities management.
- Support management with HR reporting, planning and strategic initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR qualification (e.g. CHRP-K or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years' experience in HR and administration.
- Good knowledge of Kenyan employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
