Position Overview

Our client, operating within the business management sector, is seeking to recruit experienced HR Consultants to support organizations across the East Africa region.

The role involves delivering end-to-end human resource support, including recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with local labour laws and organizational policies.

• Coordinate recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Maintain HR systems and prepare reports.
• Handle employee HR inquiries and support engagement initiatives.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues.
• Support performance appraisal processes and tracking.
• Coordinate staff training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
• Support policy implementation and review.
• Maintain leave records and support payroll processes.
• Ensure statutory compliance and documentation.

• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Human Resource Professional – Kenya (CHRP-K) is mandatory.
