Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in delivering high-quality HR and career development services. This role provides hands-on experience in key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and employee relations. Additionally, the HR Intern will assist in career development services such as CV and cover letter revamps, LinkedIn optimization, and job search strategy consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Career Development Support:

  • Assist in reviewing and enhancing CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for job seekers.
  • Conduct career consultations to understand the client’s needs and career trajectory before revamping the job search tools if needed.

2. HR Management Support:

  • Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Help in performance management processes, including tracking and documentation.
  • Support training & development initiatives by coordinating sessions and maintaining training records.
  • Assist in employee relations, policy development, and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and ensure compliance with HR best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Commerce or Business Administration.
  • IHRM Membership.
  • Passion for career development and human resource management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
