Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field
Proven HR Business Partner / strategic HR experience
Certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is an advantage
Strong experience in performance management & org design
Expertise in compensation, job grading & HR analytics
Strong leadership, coaching & stakeholder management skills
