JOB DETAILS:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

8+ years in digital media or advertising commercial leadership, ideally within a media house, agency or ad sales organisation in Kenya or Africa.

A proven record of building and hitting digital revenue targets.

Experience leading and scaling a commercial or sales team.

Deep understanding of the Kenyan digital advertising market: agencies, direct brands and the local media ecosystem.

Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions and marketing technology.

Comfortable operating across video, audio, web and social advertising products — not siloed to one channel.

A strong communicator and closer, credible in front of C-suite marketing and agency leadership.

Commercially numerate, comfortable owning pricing, forecasting and reporting

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
