JOB DETAILS:
Role Context
Head of Internal Audit (Reports to MD - Kenya, dotted line to Board Audit Committee)
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual audit plan, lead reviews of financial/operational processes, assess internal controls, present findings to Board, oversee fraud risk assessments, mentor audit team.
Person Specification
Degree in finance/business, CPA/ACCA/CIA, 10+ years internal audit experience (4+ in senior management), retail experience preferred, Big 4 experience a plus.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
