  • Media buying and monitoring: Ensure cost-effective, high-impact media execution.
  • Budget and ROI management: Deliver value and accountability across spend.
  • People and talent development: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Operational risk management: Embed resilience and responsiveness across the function.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (essential).
  • A Master’s degree and membership of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) will be advantageous.
  • Proven track record in FMCG marketing with multi-brand portfolios.
  • Prior or current relevant experience in privately-owned or family-run businesses is highly valued.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Extensive senior marketing leadership: 15+ years’ progressive experience in senior commercial or marketing leadership roles, ideally within the FMCG sector and involving complex, multi-brand portfolios.
  • Deep sector expertise: Minimum of five years’ direct experience in personal care and homecare brands within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven marketing communication expertise: A strong track record in ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), and social media marketing with an emphasis on targeted campaign development and execution.
  • Product innovation and brand management: Demonstrated success in launching new products and managing brands across haircare, homecare, and personal care categories.
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset: A results-oriented approach to marketing, with expertise in digital, performance, and growth marketing, budget control, as well as ROI tracking.
