Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and vision-oriented Head of People & Culture to spearhead our human resource strategy, enrich our organizational culture, and champion team development. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about transforming workplaces, building resilient organizational frameworks, and making a meaningful impact on employee satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, iterate, and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company’s long-term commercial goals.
- Nurture, define, and strengthen a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing corporate culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management structures.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, employee relations, and change management.
- Drive internal engagement, employee wellness initiatives, and progressive workplace policies that maximize retention.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven, extensive leadership experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or Organizational Development.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership capacity, high emotional intelligence, conflict management, and strategic workforce planning.
- Attributes: A passionate champion for people, excellent communicator, and a track record of successfully guiding teams through operational growth.
