JOB DETAILS:

Purpose

Drive local procurement efforts with focus on cost optimization, effective supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing, while maintaining consistent and reliable supply to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service level agreements
• Drive cost savings initiatives across all local procurement categories
• Ensure continuous and uninterrupted supply in line with production plans
• Source, develop, and manage local suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, and services
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance, pricing trends, and savings initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) qualification preferred
• 3–5 years of procurement experience (FMCG environment preferred)
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and local market knowledge
• Results-driven, hands-on, and execution-focused professional

Level of Education: bachelor degree
