JOB DETAILS:

We’re reopening our search for a proven Head of Warehouse & Delivery to run a multi-site network and last-mile operation at scale. If you’ve led complex, high-volume warehouse ecosystems and love turning KPIs into action, we want to talk.

Must-Have (Non-Negotiables)
Head-of-function experience running 5+ warehouses simultaneously.
Deep, hands-on expertise across warehousing, planning, inventory management, logistics & distribution, and customer service.
Strong background in Retail or multinational FMCG environments.
WMS power user (implemented/optimized Warehouse Management Systems).
Senior stakeholder exposure: comfortable reporting to C-Suite (CEO/COO) and influencing at that level.

What You’ll Lead
End-to-end ops: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.
KPI-driven improvements: throughput, pick accuracy, shrink, OTP/OTD, cost-to-serve.
Network optimization: layout/slotting, space utilization, routing, fleet/productivity.
Digital transformation: automation, WMS/TMS adoption, scanning and real-time visibility.
Compliance & safety: food safety, HSE, audits, risk prevention.
Inventory governance: cycle counts, stock takes, reconciliations, expiry & waste control.
People leadership: hire, coach, performance-manage a 100+ team; build bench strength.
SOP excellence: standardize, enforce, and continuously improve processes across sites.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management (or related).
10+ years leading high-volume warehouse & delivery ops (Retail/FMCG preferred).

Proven success scaling multi-warehouse networks and reducing cost-to-serve.
Mastery of WMS and data-led decision making.
Elite communication and stakeholder management; operates confidently at executive level.
High energy, adaptable, relentlessly results-focused.
