Hostess

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage guest seating and assist with reservations where applicable.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests courteously.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Assist in handling guest feedback and directing concerns to the appropriate staff member.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a busy environment.
