Job Role Context
This role is based in Kenya, leading one of our lodges full-time.
What we're looking for:
Proven GM experience in luxury safari, game lodge, or boutique wilderness properties
Comfort operating in remote, nature-based environments
Strong track record in guest experience AND financial performance
Open to relocating to Kenya (or already based there)
Additional Details
You'd have real autonomy, full P&L responsibility, and the backing of a well-resourced group with a strong footprint across Africa — and a portfolio that's performing well.
