HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Salary: KES 70,000

Location: Thika Road

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Over 5 years' HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary processes and labour-law compliance.
• Experience in payroll, performance management, training and HR administration
• Strong leadership, communication, confidentiality and conflict-resolution skills.
• IHRM/SHRM certification is an added advantage.
