What We Are Looking For

• An HR professional to build HR systems from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws & statutory compliance
• Experience designing HR policies, organograms, and salary structures
• Comfortable working in a startup / fast-growing environment
• IHRM certified (or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop HR policies, structures, and employee handbook
• Ensure compliance (NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, leave policies)
• Lead recruitment and onboarding
• Advise leadership on workforce planning and compensation
• Support performance management and employee relations
• Manage HR processes for field-based and freelance biomedical engineers
