We are seeking to hire a Human Resource officer who will support our clients in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department

Recruitment and Staffing: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, and managing the onboarding process. Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, managing benefits packages, and ensuring compensation is fair and competitive. Performance Management: Implementing and overseeing performance appraisal systems and providing coaching and development opportunities for employees. Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, mediating conflicts, and managing disciplinary issues to maintain a positive work environment. Compliance and Legal Oversight: Ensuring the organization complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Policy and Procedure Management: Developing, updating, and enforcing company policies and creating employee handbooks. Training and Development: Overseeing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Good understanding of employment laws and regulations in Kenya. Strong leadership and supervisory skills are desired. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field. A Minimum of 3 years HR experience in a logistics, hospitality or manufacturing industry in a fast-paced environment.
