  • Provide practical HR advisory support to Directors and senior management on organisation structure, workforce decisions, employee relations, performance and people risk.
  • Ensure HR decisions and practices are consistent, properly documented and implemented across the different businesses while allowing for legitimate operational differences.

Workforce Planning, Talent & Succession

Performance Management, Employee Relations & Culture

  • Own the overall performance management framework and ensure KPIs, reviews, probation assessments, PIPs and performance actions are completed and documented within agreed timelines.
  • Lead or guide complex employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, disciplinary processes and exits, ensuring fair and consistent handling.
  • Monitor employee turnover, absenteeism, engagement and other people trends and recommend corrective or retention actions where required.
  • Drive a consistent group culture and expected standards of conduct across companies operating in different industries.

Compliance, Reporting & HR Team Leadership

Qualifications & Experience
