Human Resources Manager Contract: 2 years (renewable) | Location: Nairobi A prestigious 4-star hotel in Nairobi is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee all HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs Lead recruitment, training, and performance management Manage employee relations, CBAs & compliance Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR audits Advise management on HR strategy and labour laws Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (IHRM license required) Minimum 6 years’ HR management experience in a unionized 4/5-star hotel Strong grasp of labour laws, CBAs & HR best practices Proficiency in HRIS & MS Office Application Deadline: 6th November 2025
