Background
One Acre Fund is looking for a team member to oversee food safety and sanitation at our Ruiru factory.
The Essentials
- Location: Ruiru, Kiambu (On-Site)
- Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)
- Benefits: Health Insurance + Housing
What You’ll Do
- Guard Standards: Maintain BRC, ISO 22000, and HACCP compliance.
- Lead Sanitation: Oversee deep cleaning across all zones—from fruit receiving to packing.
- Verify Quality: Conduct pre-op checks, monitor CCPs, and manage PPE/chemical stocks.
- Drive Growth: Participate in audits and mentor your team in a culture of constant learning.
Who You Are
- Qualified: Diploma in Food Science, QA, or a related field.
- Experienced: 2+ years in food hygiene/QA (manufacturing experience is key).
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
