JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to end-users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software
- Assist with network maintenance and user accounts
- Set up workstations for new employees
- Log and track support requests
- Maintain computer hardware inventory
- Assist in system backups and recovery
- Provide basic user training and support
Qualifications:
