JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary
Oversee ICT infrastructure, information security, digital transformation initiatives, systems support, and development of technology solutions that enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science (Master’s a plus)
- 7–10 years ICT experience, 3+ years in leadership
- Financial services/fintech experience preferred
- Skilled in infrastructure, cloud, and networking
- Cybersecurity frameworks and database management (SQL, Oracle)
- ERP, CRM, and loan management systems
- End-to-end project management experience
- Knowledge of data protection and regulatory compliance
