  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Present and explain insurance products to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and explaining complex policies. Sales & Negotiation: The ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals is fundamental to the role. Analytical: Must be able to evaluate a client's risk and needs to find the most suitable policy. Customer Service: Providing strong customer support and managing client relationships is crucial. Organizational: Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple clients, policies, and tasks.
