We are hiring an IT Manager to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and drive technology initiatives that enhance business operations. Experience in technical support is required.

Provide strategic leadership for the company’s ICT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technical support across Head Office, warehouses, and branches. Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that support business operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ICT strategy, policies, budgets, and continuity plans.
• Manage infrastructure, networks, servers, connectivity, and hardware.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, access control, and ICT risk.
• Manage helpdesk support, system upgrades, and digital transformation.
• Ensure backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Oversee ICT assets, vendors, CCTV, biometrics, and access systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ ICT experience, including at least 3 years in management.
• Multi-branch retail, FMCG, or distribution experience preferred.
• CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, or cybersecurity certifications are an added advantage.

• Manage and maintain the company's IT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Oversee IT projects, including system upgrades and installations.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
• Ensure data security and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Manage the IT budget and vendor relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

• Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and database management.
• Experience with IT project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA) are a plus.
