Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3 years relevant experience in IT support, systems administration or network management.

Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified

Demonstrated experience managing networks, cloud services, cyber security and ICT support services.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, networking technologies and information security practices.

Experience with database management, backup systems and ICT asset management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
