Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Systems Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and auditing the IT systems and controls within the organization to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct IT audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Assess IT infrastructure, applications, and data security measures.
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and management responses.
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends, security threats, and audit best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in IT auditing, risk assessment, or information security.
- Strong understanding of IT controls, frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001), and audit methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in information systems auditing.
