Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: -

Inspection and maintenance of electrical installations in public and government quarters; Testing and maintenance of electrical controls related to fire detection equipment, cooker’s, water heaters and general domestic appliances; Inspection and maintenance of electrical controls in power generation plants and machinery; Coordinate Street lights installation across the county; Inspection and regular maintenance of street lights; Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: -

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technician Certificate Part III or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
